3 Adults and 2 Children broke down along I-71/I-75 in Kentucky during rush hour traffic in 100° weather! My Auto Insurance told me that only 2 could ride in the Cab with the Drive, per Drivers discretion because of COVID possibly leaving children along side the road! Tow Company made sure Tow Truck was big enough to haul everyone back home to Ohio! I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH I APPRECIATED THAT!! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Bill (driver) was very personable and kind! He deserves a RAISE with his flawless Customer Service!

I'm an over-the-road trucker who has been in the business 19 years. I like to think I've seen it all. But the guys that complete Towing take the cake. If you're ever in trouble in Northern Kentucky or Southern Ohio, give them a call. Great service, awesome mechanics, and customer service at a level Beyond 100%.
