The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was charged for towing both the tractor and trailer, but only the tractor was actually towed. When I tried to clarify the charges, they were not willing to listen or resolve the issue. The level of customer service was unacceptable. Got myself in a bit of a hard spot with a piece of equipment. Brenden showed up and accessed the situation and got right to work. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail is unmatched. He came out, tried to find the problem but told us it could be different things. He would have to tow it to their shop and will not be able to work on it for 3 days. I did not want to hold my loaded trailer for that long. Quoted me $400 for coming there and not even diagnosing the problem. Was telling me it could be the rear end or the whole drive shaft, when it was just the carrier bearing (Got it fixed from different shop). Did not want to negotiate the price or talk to us, ended up towing our truck to there shop without consent when it was parked safely at a rest area (not on the road). After they towed to there shop where it wasn’t going to be worked on for 3 days, told me to pay $2,600 to release my truck and reefer that was loaded. I had to swap the trailer and I went to ask the guy who was working at the shop to make sure I'm parking at right spot and the young gentleman was very nice polite and smile on the face and explained me where to park. If my oil change due at this area I definitely try them. Wish them the best! Very patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable … did I mention patient? Took a very stressful situation and made it much less stressful, offered great advice. This is my second potential need for a tow and they convinced me I didn’t need one. Are tow companies just a different breed?? Both times they were more interested in solving the issue than charging me. It’s so refreshing to come across people like this … there when you need them but not interested in taking advantage.
